  • Gold-filled and solid gold pieces are made for long-term wear and are highly tarnish-resistant with proper care. Sterling silver may oxidize over time but can be easily polished.

  • Yes! Permanent jewelry is TSA-safe and won’t need to be removed for airport security. Fine jewelry metals won’t set off airport metal detectors.

  • Yes. If you have surgery, an MRI, or any medical procedure requiring removal, simply cut the jump ring off using nail-clippers and keep the chain. We can reattach it later.

  • Yes! However, a parent/guardian must be present for minors.

  • Yes. You can shower, swim, and live your everyday life in it. To keep it looking its best, avoid harsh chemicals like chlorine and lotions directly on the chain.
